Cancellation policies
Cancellations/amendments made after 15:00 Hrs, 72 hrs prior to the check-in date:
One night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
In case of Early check out, retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check out
